Biography

I am thankful to God that he has worked through me to build bridges between diverse people groups through music. ❤️
I sang and helped lead worship at Canada's largest free gospel concert: Open Heavens at The International Centre in Mississauga, Ontario. I sang with the gospel group Legacy Music House (which is run by the former Dean of Sacred Music at Canada Christian College. Open Heavens photo Open Heavens video

I performed some of my original songs at interesting events including:
in front of the Ontario Legislature for a Tribute to Nelson Mandela event, and at Musedeum which was featured in the publication: Arts Toronto.
I sang in the Friends of Africa event with Honoured guest Ndaba Mandela (Nelson Mandela's grandson at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre at Exibition Place, Toronto
I got to sing in the Toronto Mass Choir’s Power Up 15th Anniversary live video and CD recording: Power Up Toronto Mass Choir
I was blessed to be accepted as a paid Choral Scholar at St. Bartholomew’s Church, Toronto. The choir was directed by one of the Toronto Consort Directors, Katherine Hill
I sang at The Owen Sound Emancipation Festival with David Sereda and Song Circle. This is North Americas longest running Emancipation Festival. It started in 1862 Emancipation Festival
I have had some of my song lyrics, poetry, and other writing published.
I studied Sacred Music and Worship Leareship at Canada Christian College and School of Graduate Theological Studues. My classes included several songwriting classes and music production. I have an excellent GPA.
I have sung on Knox Presbyterian Church, Toronto’s worship team for about 14 years. During the pandemic I sang in choir videos.
I am thankful to God for the inspiration to have written 100s of faith based songgs. Some are registered with SOCAN, ASCAP, and Songwriter's Association of Canada. I have received some positive feedback from SAC industry pannelists and coaches about my songs.
I also studied music at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto.
I am thankful to Gospel Music Association of Canada's @Jason Silver for putting one of the songs that I wrote called Ticket to Heaven on the GMA Canada Spotify playlist. My song is #40 on the list: GMA Spotify playlist
